Research Interests

 I'm primarily involved in the risk analysis of invasive species spread by a variety of mechanisms. Currently, I'm assessing the network structure of commercial shipping patterns and developing statistical models to estimate risk of invasive species establishment under different scenarios driven by economic and other factors, such as the expansion of the Panama Canal.
