My work focuses on the impact of climate change on wetland biogeochemistry.
I am currently a postdoctoral research ecologist working on the Greenhouse gas Emissions NeXus (GENX). This project aims to determine the impact of long-term impacts of climate change (i.e. sea level rise and warming) and short-term impacts of climate change (i.e. heat waves, hurricane derived storm surge, hurricane derived freshwater flooding, and increased nutrient loading) on carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide emissions from coastal wetlands.
