Biography

My work has mostly focused on marine ecology, specifically examining how different environmental or anthropogenetic factors affect marine ecosystems. These projects have ranged from examining how future climate conditions will impact crustacean fisheries, to differences in benthic primary production between dredged vs un-dredged offshore sand shoals.

I am a part of the Invasions lab assisting in ballast water sampling, as well as simulated voyage experiments.

When I have free time I enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, and amateur photography.
